At Changing Faces Health and Therapeutic Services Inc., we are dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to recovery from substance use. Our comprehensive program is designed to support individuals at every stage of their recovery journey, providing a safe and nurturing environment where healing can truly begin. 

  We offer Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Partial Hospitalization Substance abuse treatment services to adults. These services are offered from 1-12 hours per week.  Our PHP services are offered 7 days per week for at least 20 hours of treatment. These services are offered to adults only.

Our comprehensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program is designed to support individuals in building the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their communities.  

We offer Individualized Treatment Plans, Skill Building Activites, Case Management Services, Group Therapy and Support, Employment and Housing Support, as well as Community Integration.

Changing Faces Health and Therapeutic Services Inc., is designed to address substance use and mental health challenges through a holistic approach, focusing on the body, mind, and spirit.
